Job description

Responsibilities: \n\nUnder the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN, performs various resident\ncare activities and related non-professional duties for the specific needs and\ncomfort of the aged and those that need our help. \n\n * Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing,\n dressing, grooming and toileting. \n * Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their\n individual service plans. \n * Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments. \n\n * Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor. \n * Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.\n\n \n\nQualifications: \n\n * Current NY State Certified Nursing Assistant \n\nEducation: \n\n * High School Diploma/GED
