About the Role

• The Data Entry Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of healthcare data within our organization.
• This position is responsible for managing large volumes of sensitive information, maintaining detailed records, and supporting various administrative functions that contribute to efficient healthcare delivery.
• The coordinator will serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and administrative teams, facilitating clear communication and data flow.
• By adhering to safety rules and confidentiality standards, the role safeguards patient information while supporting compliance with healthcare regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles within the healthcare or social assistance industry.
• Proficiency with database applications and word processing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain legibility in documentation.
• Ability to manage heavy data entry workloads while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare environment with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
