The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field while preparing necessary supplies and equipment. They function as a key member of the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient experiences in a multi-specialty environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, completion of a Scrub Technician Program, and at least 2 years of experience in multiple specialties. BLS accreditation by the AHA is required.
