Provide recovery-focused services and safe administration of medical treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians. Implement direct care for acute inpatient psychiatric patients in accordance with established policies and standards.
Must be a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) with current CPR/BLS certification. Requires CPI certification and successful completion of background checks and physical examinations.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.
On-Call | 12 - Hour Shift | Shifts and days vary as needed
Expected starting wage range is $31.37 - $38.77. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Telecare El Dorado County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed locked hospital facility providing acute inpatient psychiatric treatment to adults aged 18+, diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
