Role: Clinical Dietitian
Our client is looking for a Clinical Dietitian to support the nutritional health of patients and residents by working closely with medical and interdisciplinary teams. This role involves assessing nutrition, creating diet plans, and educating patients and families to promote the best health outcomes.
● Conduct nutrition assessments ● Identify residents at risk for malnutrition ● Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exam (NFPE) to determine degree of malnutrition ● Create diet plans and monitor the effectiveness of interventions ● Provide nutrition education to patients/residents, families, and personnel
Schedule and Shift Details: ● Day shift, 40 hours per week, rotating weekend coverage
