The provider will assist supervising physicians in managing patients and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. They are responsible for promoting excellence in patient care through clinical practice, education, and consultation.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with a current West Virginia license. Three to five years of experience and BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred or required.
Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant program and holds a current license in the State of West Virginia. Attains and maintains limited prescriptive privileges according to the West Virginia Code.
Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, staff and other health care providers. Ability to use equipment needed for a thorough physician examination. Behaviors which reflect understanding, emotional stability, patience, tact and consideration for individual difference. BLS and ACLS required.
