Coordinate psychosocial assessments and discharge planning for patients with mood disorders within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Provide clinical interventions, linkage to community resources, and mentorship for new staff and interns.
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) certification. Proficiency in diagnostic assessments and experience with adult mood disorders is strongly preferred.
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work (Required) Work Experience
