The pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and cost-effective medication therapy for pediatric hematology/oncology patients. This includes developing evidence-based care plans, monitoring patient outcomes, and collaborating with medical staff during rounds.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, while a Doctoral degree is preferred. Candidates must obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacist License within 90 days of hire.
