Provide one-on-one personalized care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and personal care. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, preparing meals, and maintaining detailed health records.
Candidates must be a certified CNA with a current CPR certification and the ability to monitor vital signs. Dependable transportation is required for travel to the patient's residence.

We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Penasco, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Monday - Sunday: 8am -8pm
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
