Provide high-quality emergency and critical care for animals, including technical tasks like venipuncture, anesthesia monitoring, and surgical assistance. Ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining accurate medical records and a clean clinical environment.
Requires a minimum of one year of veterinary hospital experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and possess strong communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
· Minimum 1 year experience working in a veterinary hospital · High School Diploma/GED or equivalent · Excellent communication skills necessary to interact effectively with coworkers, referring veterinarians, clients, and patients; ability to readily learn new procedures, must be adaptable · Ability to work independently while supporting a busy, high-producing department · Compassion for pets and people, understanding and respect for others’ choices. · The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with allergens, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste.
