Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with a valid Class E driver's license and a clean driving record. A passion for working with seniors is required.

Role: We are seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to join our team! The Activities Assistant responsible for assisting the Activities Director with a program of activities at the community. The Activities Assistant has the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for Elder centered/directed care to team members, families, physicians, allied health professionals and the at large community. WEEKENDS - Saturday and Sunday - PART TIME Occasional Events and Field Trips Responsibilities: The Senior Living Activities Assistant participate in activities with residents of the community. The Senior Living Activities Assistant maintains department activity logs and documentation. The Senior Living Activities Assistant understands, practices and communicates resident directed/centered care on a daily basis as it relates to the activities department. The Senior Living Activities Assistant plans activities as directed by supervisor. The Senior Living Activities Assistant works with the resident and family councils. The Senior Living Activities Assistant has the ability to direct and supervise volunteers. The Senior Living Activities Assistant helps with Dietary if requested. QualificationsQualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid drivers license, class E drivers license and have a good driving record.
