The 1115 Waiver Engagement Associate will support day-to-day operational and project-based activities, working closely with internal teams and external healthcare providers. This role offers hands-on experience in provider engagement and workflow improvement initiatives, with exposure to healthcare workflows.
· Assist with daily administrative and project-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team members · Communicate with healthcare providers via email, fax, and phone to support ongoing initiatives · Present CAIPA POC workflows and installation processes to providers’ offices · Learn and utilize relevant software tools to improve efficiency and productivity · Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables · Develop and maintain working relationships with external stakeholders · Prioritize and complete assigned projects timely
· Bachelor’s Degree · Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills · Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment · Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively · Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills · High level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and ethical standards · Willing to travel locally to provider offices 20% of the time
