Responsibilities

Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth Complete new client assessments and treatment planning Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related symptoms, and relationship concerns Update treatment plans as clients make progress or needs change Maintain complete and timely clinical notes Help clients develop coping skills and healthier thought patterns Follow safety protocols when clients present with risk concerns Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional counseling standards Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits Remote work setting Stable weekday schedule Supportive administrative structure If you are looking for a remote LMHC position where you can focus on clinical work and client care, this role may be a strong match.
