• Flexible scheduling options including 5x8 or 4x10 shifts

• Outpatient-only dental practice
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts available
• Team-based clinical support structure

• Clinical responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and routine dental care
• Handle routine and complex procedures including molars and extractions
• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
• Refer complex pediatric cases internally as needed
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary

• $183,000 – $225,000 annually
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility
• $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment
• Laptop and cell phone provided
• Spanish language differential pay available

Requirements

• Dds or dmd required
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations REQUIRED
• Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
• Mission-driven approach to community healthcare REQUIRED
• Team-based and collaborative clinical mindset REQUIRED
• Commitment to underserved populations strongly preferred
