Provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients within their homes. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while avoiding hospital-based patient ratios.
Candidates must hold a current and active LPN or RN license. While pediatric experience is preferred, training is provided for those with a passion for patient-centered care.
