Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist | Integrated Pain Center

• We are seeking a Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist to support patients at the Integrated Pain Center.
• In this role, you will provide comprehensive medication management, ensuring therapies are indicated, safe, effective, and convenient for each patient.
• You’ll work directly with patients and collaborate with an interprofessional team to optimize outcomes.
• This position requires strong clinical expertise and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with patients and colleagues across the care continuum.
• Schedule Full-time | 64 hours per two weeks | Onsite Days | Monday-Friday | Primary hours 8am-5pm No weekends or holidays!
• Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $129,168.00 per year and increases with experience

Salary Range

$129,168.00- $193,752.00 per year Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available.

Qualifications

PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy highly preferred Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required. Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Past ambulatory care pharmacy experience and/or residency training highly preferred.
