The LPN is responsible for delivering direct care, monitoring resident health, and administering medications and treatments. They must maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN license in Pennsylvania and be proficient in electronic health records and medication software. Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are required.
