Associate, Crisis Clinician - resolve Phone Center

• Crisis Clinician levels from Associate, Clin I and Clin II will be considered for this role.
• The title and pay rate for these positions may vary depending on education level and years of experience.

• Sign on Bonus Details Full-Time: 2 years – $3500 3 years - $5000 This position is eligible for the Behavioral Health Fellows Program- an initiative sponsored by Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) in partnership with Community Care Behavioral Health and Jewish Healthcare Foundation.

Responsibilities

Manages a caseload for the shift Obtaining clinical information in the medical record Provide supportive counseling to consumers to promote stability. Work efficiently and independently in crisis setting Support consumer and negotiates appropriate referral services. Collaborates with the Clin II such case consultations Meets documentation and completes all required paperwork. Completes face to face crisis assessments Manages crisis situations effectively Complete case reviews

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
• Other fields of study may be considered with coursework of at least 12 credits in human services and/or relevant mental health experience. (Preferred other fields of study include: Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Sociology, Anthropology, Criminal Justice, Theology, Nursing, Counseling/Guidance, Education) ATTENTION: A COPY OF YOUR BACHELOR’S OR MASTER'S TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED FOR CONSIDERATION.
