The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to clients with behavioral health and addiction issues. Key duties include performing biopsychosocial assessments, managing a caseload, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation in the EMR.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree and be independently licensed or license-eligible (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LISW). At least 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare is required, with residential treatment experience preferred.

Direct Report To: Clinical Director
The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients.
