Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the Adult Services division, managing records and compliance documentation. Acts as a key liaison between internal teams, community partners, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of related office or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory, with a preference for experience in human services or nonprofit settings.
$21.24 - $25.67 Hourly; Based on experience and education
Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to Adult Services leadership and program teams Maintain accurate participant records, program documentation, and compliance-related files across Residential and Day Habilitation services Coordinate calendars, meetings, medical appointments, and required program reviews (including ISP and HCBS documentation) Prepare, distribute, and track key documents such as meeting minutes, behavior and injury reports, Plans of Corrective Action, and program forms Support Residential (IRA) and Day Habilitation operations by managing schedules, attendance, participant funds, checklists, and required reporting Serve as a liaison with internal departments, community partners, vendors, and volunteer organizations Assist with recruitment processes, including application tracking, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up Coordinate program events, communications, and materials, including open houses, staff events, and participant activities Provide front desk reception and general office support, including phones, visitor coordination, mail distribution, supply management, and basic troubleshooting Assist with financial and operational processes such as purchase orders, petty cash tracking, and vehicle documentation Support agency-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned
High School Diploma required; additional administrative or business coursework preferred Minimum of 3 years of related office or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit settings preferred
