The Occupational Therapist implements skilled therapy services, evaluates patients, and develops comprehensive treatment and discharge plans. They also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and contribute to overall case management within the facility.
Candidates must be able to adhere to state regulations concerning occupational therapy and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff. The role requires the ability to provide quality care across various therapy and wellness settings.
