The Licensed Therapist serves as the clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and intensive in-home therapeutic services to children and families. They are responsible for implementing the Family Centered Treatment model, conducting assessments, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and a current Georgia professional license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). For IFI services, at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families is required.
The purpose of the Licensed Therapist in Georgia is to provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Georgia Therapist- Licensed is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. This role also involves participating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care. Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and guidance to team members. Deliver intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity, facilitating interventions across all four phases. Complete all required FCT documentation, fidelity tools, trainings, and achieve certification within designated timeframes. Participate in ongoing supervision and model fidelity review to ensure compliance and maintain program eligibility.
Georgia Outpatient Services: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Must hold a current professional license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
