What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families Work a hybrid caseload (in-person in our Broward offices + telehealth) Maintain timely documentation in a supportive system Collaborate in a warm, professional team that values consultation and clinical judgment

Requirements

Required

Full Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Outpatient therapy experience Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment Availability for regular in-person work in Broward County + telehealth

Preferred

Experience with diverse populations (children, teens, couples, families) Insurance panel experience Bilingual skills Interest in long-term growth within a stable practice

Compensation & Benefits (True W-2)

60% of net collections, paid bi-weekly.
Realistic full-time earnings of $70,000–$98,000+ annualized at 24–30+ sessions/week.
