The LVN is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans. They must monitor patient status, deliver treatments, and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an active Texas LVN license, a valid CPR certificate, and a valid driver's license. Prior experience in geriatric home health care is required.
