Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including prenatal, delivery, and surgical services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialists to ensure coordinated patient care and maintain high clinical standards.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Requires completion of an accredited residency and eligibility for Arizona medical licensure and a DEA license.
Description Position Overview The OB/GYN Physician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment supported by Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, OB Hospitalists, and a multidisciplinary women's health team.
Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures consistent with training and experience Diagnose and manage a wide range of women's health conditions Collaborate with MFM specialists, OB Hospitalists, midwives, and subspecialty providers to deliver coordinated patient care Participate in shared call coverage Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Support quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical initiatives Build lasting patient relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Eligible for Arizona medical licensure DEA license or ability to obtain Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Preferred Experience Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) Experience working within collaborative care models Interest in leadership, quality improvement, or practice growth initiatives
