Registered Dental Hygienist

De Pere Smiles is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in West De Pere. Responsibilities

Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment Conduct initial patient screenings and review oral health histories Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments including fluoride applications and sealants Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Take digital X-rays and scans Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical charts

Qualifications

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene Strong understanding of dental health and safety regulations Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
