The Coding Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely assignment and review of professional coding for a multi-specialty group. This includes utilizing ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a Certified Professional Coding (CPC) designation or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and payor guidelines is required.
