The Nurse Practitioner manages the medical component of the Hospice Patient Care Program, performing certifications and recertification assessments. They serve as a liaison between the hospice program, attending physicians, and community healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and a current ARNP license for the assigned state. Experience in nursing is required, with a preference for those with hospice or home care experience and CHPN certification.

Position: Nurse Practitioner
Pay: $100 per Visit
The Nurse Practitioner serves as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team and has responsibility for the medical component of the Hospice Patient Care Program. Collaborates with Medical Director and Attending Physician to provide skillful certifications and recertification assessments, including physical examinations, medical history & physical, diagnosis and treatment prescribing medications as needed, under the supervision of the Medical Director.
