Requires completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and two years of NP experience in an ICU setting. Must hold a Pennsylvania CRNP license, BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration.

1. Two years Nurse Practitioner experience in an ICU setting is required. 2. A minimum of two years nursing experience in a critical care setting preferred.
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of certification by Board of Nurse Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) 2. BLS certification required. 3. Current license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without restriction 4. Prescriptive Authority and Collaborative Agreement with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing (CRNPs) 5. Registration with the DEA to prescribe, without restriction or limitation 6. Current ACLS certification Required 7. Completion of the MLH and MLHC credentialing processes resulting in temporary or permanent privileges issued and successful payor enrollment.
