From your first week, you’ll be paired with a direct supervisor who will help you navigate your new role, answer questions, and support your ongoing clinical development.

• Key Responsibilities Provide brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families identified and referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (NE DHHS).
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and design tailored treatment plans.
• Execute clinical interventions and facilitate ongoing discharge and aftercare planning.
• Collaborate closely with NE DHHS caseworkers and GLFS Skillbuilders to assist families in developing and implementing healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.
• Maintain timely, streamlined communication and precise clinical documentation.
• Manage a flexible schedule and maintain autonomy while meeting assigned case hours and client needs.
• Participate in agency meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities to further your therapeutic expertise.
• Work Schedule Schedules are flexible and self-managed based on client availability and caseload needs.
