Provide compassionate guidance and advocacy for youth and families navigating mental health services using lived experience. Responsibilities include facilitating safety plans, connecting families to community resources, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a high school diploma and personal lived experience as a parent or guardian of a child who received adolescent mental health services. Must possess a valid driver's license and be available for a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
Are you parent that felt overwhelmed navigating mental health services and resources for you child? Would you like to help other parents navigating those services for the first time? If so, we encourage you to join our multi-disciplinary team today!
As a Family Partner you will turn your lived experience into meaningful impact. In this role, you will stand besides families as they navigate their own paths, offering compassionate support rooted in understanding, empathy, and shared experience.
