Provide physical therapy services within a Continuing Care Retirement Community across various care levels including assisted living and skilled nursing. Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation to help residents improve their functional mobility and quality of life.
Must hold an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or meet the qualifications to obtain one. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Description Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Senior Living This position requires an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
HTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana. This vibrant community offers a full continuum of care including: independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home, healthcare, and a growing community-based outpatient therapy program. North Manchester is located about 40 miles southwest of Fort Wayne. Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
