The specialist will actively participate in the client's treatment team, including meetings, and implement and coordinate recovery plans for assigned clients through evaluation, consultation, education, and follow-up services. They must also serve as a role model by sharing their recovery process and teaching effective coping and self-help strategies.
The minimum education requirement is a High School diploma or GED. Key duties involve serving as a team member, implementing recovery plans, acting as a role model through sharing personal recovery, and providing advocacy services on behalf of clients.
