Caregivers will assist clients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also ensuring the client's home remains clean and comfortable through light cleaning and laundry duties. Responsibilities also include engaging clients emotionally and mentally, administering medications, monitoring well-being, and maintaining detailed records for supervisors.
Candidates must possess a compassionate heart and a commitment to dignified care, holding a high school diploma or GED along with completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program. A minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification are required, with Home Health or Hospice experience being a bonus.
