Provide direct patient care and act as a patient advocate while assessing comprehensive nursing needs. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients and their families.
Requires a nursing diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington. Current BLS certification is mandatory, while a Master's degree in Nursing is desired.
$48.21 - $87.11 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity

Provide direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate. Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients. Coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process. Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, incorporating patient and family/significant other into the process. Participate with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care. Communicate effectively all relevant information (e.g., patient information, safety issues, problems with equipment, quality issues, etc.) to immediate supervisor, in timely way. Communicate and document changes in patient condition, on a timely basis, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
