Provide and document professional nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients following medical plans and established policies. Coordinate care with other professionals and adhere to NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Centers.
Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with an ADN degree. Required certifications include BLS, with ACLS, Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia, and NIHSS certificates obtained within one year.
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. ACLS within 1 year. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year. NIHHS Certificate within 1 year
