Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home health setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and caregivers to improve mobility and independence.
Requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
