As a Home Health LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, perform patient assessments, and assist with care planning. You will also educate patients and caregivers on disease management and monitor patient conditions.
Candidates must have an active Florida LPN license, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
