• In this research‑focused position, you’ll work directly with study participants, support imaging workflows, and contribute to image processing and segmentation that power cutting‑edge orthopedic studies.

• In addition to your primary responsibilities in the BioMotion Lab, you may also serve as a float to nearby clinics within a 15‑mile radius on an as‑needed basis.
• When no research participants or lab‑related tasks are scheduled, you may be asked to assist at one of these clinics.
• All travel‑related expenses—including parking and mileage to and from these locations—will be fully reimbursed.
• Your first priority will always be supporting the lab, with floating occurring only when operationally appropriate.

Position Summary

Produces radiographs of various portions of the body according to physician's request. Position Key Accountabilities: Develops radiographs using an automatic processor and checks for desired results. Forwards radiographs to the radiologist for review and interpretation. Produces radiographs in satellite facilities. Maintains quality assurance on all radiological equipment. Cleans and maintains processors. Ensures and assists in the accurate timing and positioning techniques. Processes the necessary paperwork for billing purposes and accepts payment. Assists in training new Radiologic Technician I's. Adheres to laboratory safety procedures. Must be able to respond to emergency situations. Performs other duties as assigned.
