Perform diagnostic tests to evaluate patient vision and eye health while assisting ophthalmologists in treating eye diseases. Manage surgical coordination, including scheduling, prior authorizations, and providing patient education on treatment options.
Requires a high school diploma and completion of an accredited ophthalmic technician program. Certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) is preferred along with experience using ophthalmic equipment.
Ophthalmic Technician: Full Time – 80 hours/pay
Full Benefits: 8:00AM – 5:00PM M-F
