The Substance Use Counselor provides compassionate individual and group counseling to patients recovering from opioid use disorder. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and managing patient care through documentation and case management.
Candidates must hold a Washington SUDP or SUDPT certification and a high school diploma, though a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Experience in addiction recovery, behavioral health settings, and familiarity with MAT and evidence-based practices are required.
