Candidates must hold a current Florida CNA license or HHA certificate and a current CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Every client is different, so we focus heavily on caregiver/client matching and setting caregivers up for success.
may include: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation to appointments or errands Dementia support and supervision Monitoring safety and changes in condition Accurate documentation and communication with the office team PRN Scheduling Expectations PRN caregivers are not required to maintain full-time availability, but we do ask for: Dependability and professionalism Consistent communication with scheduling staff Willingness to pick up shifts when available Minimum availability of approximately 1–4 shifts per month Some weekend availability preferred We understand flexibility matters and work to build schedules that fit both caregiver and client needs.
