Provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in residential settings. Assist with daily living activities, skill development, and crisis de-escalation while promoting community integration.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Candidates must pass background checks and obtain DSP Certification within six months of employment.

Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks Support individuals in building independent living skills and engaging in community activities Monitor, document, and report progress, behaviors, and incidents in accordance with program guidelines De-escalate crisis situations and remain calm during emergencies Administer medications and follow prescribed healthcare plans Promote and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families/guardians Work assigned overtime as needed to meet program requirements
High school diploma or GED required Experience in human services, caregiving, or a related field preferred (paid training provided for qualified candidates) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to pass background checks and required clearances Obtain DSP Certification (company paid) within six months of employment
