What You’ll Do

• The Pharmacy Technician, under direct pharmacist supervision, is responsible for maintenance of medication distribution systems within the Adena Health System.
• The Certified Pharmacy Technician, is responsible for assisting with all aspects of pharmacy business provided in hospital, cancer center, and home care pharmacy.
• Skills and training may be varied depending on the specific services provided within each entity.
• Decisions are made in collaboration with a pharmacist.
• This position may provide direct patient care and has access to patient and financial confidential information, non-controlled and controlled drugs and certain hospital funds.

Required Educational Degree: High School Diploma or GED
