The therapist provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and brief therapeutic interventions for individuals and families on a mental health unit. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies to develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and a valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LSW) are required. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings.
