Responsible for monitoring drug therapy for inpatients and outpatients while providing pharmaceutical consultations to healthcare providers and patients. Duties include reviewing medication orders for safety and preparing pharmaceuticals within the pharmacy.
Requires a current Washington state pharmacist license, a bachelor's degree, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree, resident training, and a preceptor license are desired.
$80.09 - $108.11 per hour Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees.
