The Cardiac Rehabilitation RN develops and implements individualized education and exercise plans based on patient assessment data. They ensure all care is delivered according to hospital policies and regulatory agency standards.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Oklahoma RN license and BLS certification. One year of experience in telemetry or a related cardiac clinical setting is preferred.
The Cardiac Rehabilitation RN is a professional caregiver who develops and implements comprehensive, individualized education and exercise plans based on objective and subjective assessment data. Performs all work according to hospital and departmental policies and procedures, demonstrating knowledge of and adherence to federal, state and regulatory agency regulations. The cardiac rehab nurse promotes and upholds the mission and values of Oklahoma Heart Hospital through active teamwork to provide patient-focused care.
Minimum of one (1) year of continuous experience in telemetry or related cardiac clinical setting preferred.
