The Occupational Therapist implements skilled therapy services, evaluates patients, and develops initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and contributing to case management.
Candidates must be able to adhere to state regulations concerning occupational therapy and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff. Professional licensure as an Occupational Therapist is implied by the nature of the skilled services required.
Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence are the core values for American Senior Communities. These words not only form an acronym for C.A.R.E., they are our guiding principles and create the framework for all our relationships with customers, team members and community at large.
