Manage a complex caseload within Adult Social Care, performing Care Act assessments and strengths-based interventions. Provide recommendations for equipment and adaptations while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support hospital discharge pathways.
Must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration and strong experience in Adults Social Care. Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and experience managing complex cases are essential.
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adults, Health & Integration Service.
This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to work within a progressive London Borough, managing complex cases and supporting the wider OT service.
