Perform direct patient care including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and ambulation under licensed nursing supervision. Responsible for documenting care, answering call lights, and reporting abnormal findings or unsafe conditions.
Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide or complete a state-approved training program and exam within four months of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
